The policy also provides that proposed reservoir and dam <br />"sites will be examined for the presence of valuable mineral deposits, <br />:and that the data so procured will be conveyed to the interested <br />~agency for its use in planning. This, mineral policy was adopted by <br />~,AWRBIAC and is reproduced in this section. <br /> <br />l7. Cost estimates for mineral resources investigations and <br />research projects are as follows: <br /> <br />(l) The total cost estimate for priority I is $7,265,000 <br />(immediate importance and to be initiated within the first, 3-year <br />period) . <br /> <br />(2) The total cost estimate for priority II project is <br />$7,l25,000 (initiated within second3-year period). <br /> <br />lB.
