EXTENT AND CHARACTER OF FLOOD .4REA,- There are serious flood <br />problems in several areas along the Arkansas River and its tributaries <br />in Colorado above John Martin Reservoir, Pueblo Reservoir will have a <br />significant effect on reduction of main stem flood losses upstream from <br />John Martin Dam.
