This table is an expansion of the <br />table on page 118 of H.D. 187. <br /> <br />9.(d) Question - ~hat assurance is there that individual cities and <br />tovms vall be vdlling and able to pay the rates required to cover cost of <br />service? <br /> <br />Answer - This question is ansvlered by the follo~~ng from the Water <br />Development Association of Southeastern Colorado, dated DecCQber 14, <br />1953. <br /> <br />"Mr. B. After exar.dn- <br />ing the rates they reaffirm by statement on file the position <br />takmn by them in 1948, that they are 1'.~lling and able to pay <br />the rates required to cover cost and service as set ferth ih <br />House Document 187. <br /> <br />- 9 - <br />
