That the Board, in submitting further comments and recommenda- <br />tions to the Bureau of Reclamation and the Secretary of the Interior <br />on behalf of the State of Colorado, and, where pertinent, in urging <br />Congressional approval of the Colorado River Storage Project and Parti- <br />cipating Projects plan and the authorization for construction of units <br />thereof, and otherwise, support the recommendations contained in this <br />report. <br /> <br />4. That the Board, in the event it should disapprove or make <br />material changes in the Gunnison River Basin plan and recommendations <br />contained in this report, or the Bureau of Reclamation should refuse to <br />accept, for one reason or another, the plan of development for storage in <br />the Gunnison River Basin, approved by this report, re-refer the matter <br />to tqis CGrnnittee. <br /> <br />Because of the resignation of Cleland N. Feast as Director of the <br />Colorado Game and Fish Department after an agreement had been reached <br />on the substance of a report by the Policy and Review Committee--Gunni- <br />son River Storage, but before such reiJOrt was prepared in final forr.l, <br />this report is signed by J.
