.

.

.

UUllG37
Dear Water wise program,

I would like to explain our school's use of your
program. I have filled out the evaluation sheets as
requested, but I would like to add some commentary. Water
Wise was the last program that I did with the students this
year, and time ran out on us. All the students had the
opportunity to install the equipment, and we discussed it's
uses and importance. We were unable to complete all the
activities, but should have more time in the future. I teach
a 5th, 6th combo, so we will repeat the program in two years.
The greatest strength of this program is it's importance
to the environment. Both students and parents were genuinely
excited to participate, Some even asked for more kits to
install in relative'S houses. The enthusiasm was somewhat
overwhelming. Without having the kits, I do not think that
the students would have been so excited about the idea of
conservation. It is not they don't care, but simply that
they need to take immediate action. Since they did, they are
now more invested in conservation, and advocate it to others.
I don't have any real suggestions for you. The program
is complete and well written. While I did it in a very short
time, I can see that it could be expanded upon as a complete,
integrated unit. I appreciate having the opportunity to
participate, and hope to work with you again in the future.

Sincerely,
'/ ,- L / -
r; j'^1C-- ~ ~
Kyle Edmondson

Aspen Community School
