One of our
priorities is the promotion of sustainable energy practices by western utility
companies, emphasizing energy etliciency and renewable energy resources. Our
Energy Project has been the catalyst behind wind power in Colorado and New
Mexico and solar power in Arizona and Nevada.

The Living Wise Program can provide enormous value to our efforts to educate
Coloradans about the economic and environmental impacts of their energy use.
We will be actively involved in promoting this program in our outreach to schools
and will promote the project and its results in our continuing work on energy
issues in communities throughout Colorado.

The Front Range LivingWise Project represents an innovative and powerful
vehicle for environmental education in our region. It also complements and
provides traction to our own efforts. We are delighted that it is now available and
are eager to help support and expand its success.

Sincerely,

kvdctYHOUQ[

Rudd Mayer OJ
Green Marketing Program Manager
LA W Fund Energy Project

2260 Baseline Road' Suite 100' Boulder.
