Each reported concentration set forth in <br />subparagraph a, above, was in excess of <br />the 10 mg/1 daily maximum oil and grease <br />concentration set forth in the 1979 permit. <br /> <br />c. Each reported concentration set forth in <br />subparagraph a, above, constitutes a <br />violation of the daily maximum oil and <br />grease parameter set forth in the 1979 permit. <br /> <br />E-9 <br />
