Inventory, measurement of discharge, and determination <br />of the annual withdrawal of irrigation wells. <br /> <br />2. Yearly measurements of observation wells to determine <br />the effect of grouTlu-water withurawaJ. on aquifer stof<=!ge. <br /> <br />3. Installati.on of.
