<br />Conejos River for a distance of approximately three miles below the
<br />T~Tn of Platoro requires .construction in;order to make it available
<br />for use in' the construction of said.reservoir.

<br />NO\'/, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County COll1l)lissioners
<br />of Conejos C?unty, that the County will Construct the portion of road
<br />nffi'{ unfinished below the TOlm of Platoro :at its own proper cost and

<br />expense and in time to have the entire road from Antonito to Platoro
<br />available for the purpose aforesaid.
