<br />April 26, 1996 <br /> <br />ReclomaJion filed the Final Supplement to the 1980 Final <br />Environmental StoJement with the Environmental Protection <br />Agency. <br /> <br />May 2, 1996 <br /> <br />ReclomaJion grants the Environmental Protection Agency an <br />extended review period to August 26, 1996. <br /> <br />June 19, 1996 <br /> <br />The Southern Ute Indian Tribe, Ute Mountaln Ute Tribe and <br />Animas-La Plata Water Conservancy District, file suit against the <br />Environmental Protection Agency, claiming they violating their trust <br />responsibility with the Tribes in obstructing the timely <br />implementation of the Colorado Ute Indian water Rights Settlement <br />Act and associllted Project construction. <br /> <br />August 21, 1996 <br /> <br />Northwest Pipeline Corporation filed with the Federal Energy <br />Regulatory Commission, Office of Pipeline Regulations, an <br />application to relocate approximately 23,000 feet of the Ignacio- <br />Sumas 26-inch-diameter natural gas pipeline.
