Most reservoirs with below-average contents <br />were clustered in the areas of below-normal streamflow <br /> <br />in Ihe Easl with only 11 of 66 sites elsewhere below <br />average for the month. <br />The four hydrographs shown on page 11 highlight <br />streams located in or near areas of above- or below- <br />normal streamflow and one Alaskan stream with a <br />very narrow range of flows by way of contrast. <br /> <br />3 <br />
