<br />thereof shall be substituted for the measurements
<br />and schedule thereof as noW set forth in Article
<br />IV of the Compact:

<br />during each calendar year shall be measured by
<br />that quantity set forth in the following tabu-
<br />lation of relationship which corresponds to the
