These flows simply become part of the total <br />losses and are distributed to the users on the acre-feet mile basis. Monthly values are given on the YFO FAX <br />report; yearly deliveries are detailed on Form No. YFO-123. W.A. signifies <br />that Steve Sturges is a Warren Act Contractor. The Warren Act of 1911 made <br />clear the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to contract with <br />individuals, corpora~ions, associa~ions, and irrigation distric~s for the <br />impoundlllen't,' s-toring. and carriage of wa"ter for irriga"tion purposes on lands <br />not included within a government project. <br /> <br />Line Number ~ - The wasteway flows are discussed under Line 2. above.
