QUESTIONS:
Would CWCB instream flows meet USFS needs? If not, why not?:
Yes, CWCS instreamflows would meet USFS needs. However, no decreed or proposed
instream flows exist. Subordination agreement protects existing absolute and
conditional water rights.

If water is developed from stream, what protections does the USFS know would have to
be provided? None identified.

Is potential development compatible with USFS needs? If not, why not?

RECOMMENDATIONS:
(i.e. can QP's be moved, CWCB instream flows acceptable, etc.)
QP is fine in current location which is 100 feet above the private inholding boundary near the
confluence with Lake Creek Have CWCS and CDOW provide instream flow recommendation
for a cold water fishery.
