Testimony supporting appropriations for each of the <br />Federal agencies should be sent to the appropriate House and Senate Committees before each due <br />date, which are also attached to Mr. Barnett's memorandum. <br /> <br />Concerning the 1996 Review, Water Quality Standard For Salinity, Colorado River System <br />(1996 Triennial Report), the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board) plans to hold a <br />hearing on April 2, 1997, in Sacramento, California, to receive comments on the 1996 Triennial <br />Report. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments prior to adopting the 1996 Triennial <br />Report at a future State Board meeting. The 1996 Triennial Report was prepared and approved by <br />the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum.
