<br />c <br />o <br />,N <br />"... <br /> <br />COol <br /> <br />Q:) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br />administration of water under the priority system established by <br />the laws of the State of Colorado would result in curtailment in <br />, <br /> <br />whole or in part of a water right for irrigation or domestic uses <br />(as hereinafter defined) within western Colorado. which was per- <br />fected by use on or before October 15. 1977. and the water need is <br />not met by the foregoing. water will be released without charge <br />from, Green Mountain Reservoir from the 100.000 acre foot power <br />pool ,to the extent necessary to permit diversions to the full <br /> <br />amount of said decrees; Provided. however. that releases from the <br />power pool for these purposes shall not exceed 66.000 acre feet of <br />water per annum (measured at Green Mountain Dam). which quantity Shall <br />be deemed adequate to satisfy all such so perfected uses with a <br />priority'date senior to October 16. 1977. All such releases made pur- <br />suant to this paragraph shall be administered by the State Engineer <br />under the priority system. <br />
