Frying Pan-Arkansas Diversion Will Not Reduce Required Colorado Water <br />Delivery At Lee Ferry To the Point Where Cliffs-Divide Project Sup. <br />plies Will Be Affected. Operating Principles Of The Project Protect <br />Western Slope In This Respect; <br />Paragraph 15 of the Operating Principles which will govern the <br />operation of the Frying Pan-Arkansas Project follows: <br /> <br />15. The project, its operation, maintenance, and use shall be sub- <br />ject to the provisions of the Upper Colorado River Basin Compact of <br />October 11, 1948 (Public Law 37, 81st Congress, First Session), the <br />Colorado River Compact of November 24, 1922 (House Document 605, <br />67th Congress, Fourth Session), and the Boulder Canyon Project Act <br />of December 21; 1928 (45 Stat. 1057-1064).
