It is the sum of: 1) Colorado River water measured <br />at the northerly international JJourdary, 2) drainage waters measured at the southerly interna- <br />tional JJourdary near San lllis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-Mohawk drainage waters measured at the <br />southerly international JJourdary. It is the sum of Columns (1) + (5). <br />Arizona 's Wellton-Mohawk District drainage water. 'Ibis water is descharged to the Santa Clara <br />slough in Mexico via a concrete lined canal. <br />Excess arrivals other than Welltorrilohawk drainage.
