<br />Total Colorado River waters reaching Mexico. It is the sum of: 1) Colorado River water measured
<br />at the northerly international JJourdary, 2) drainage waters measured at the southerly interna-
<br />tional JJourdary near San lllis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-Mohawk drainage waters measured at the
<br />southerly international JJourdary. It is the sum of Columns (1) + (5).
<br />Arizona 's Wellton-Mohawk District drainage water. 'Ibis water is descharged to the Santa Clara
<br />slough in Mexico via a concrete lined canal.
<br />Excess arrivals other than Welltorrilohawk drainage. It is the sum of: 1) a delivery of about
<br />5,000 a.f. per year to ensure that Mexico receives what is scheduled, 2) releases fram Parker
<br />Darn which are not used due to unexpected rainfall in the Palo Verde, Coachella, Imperial, and
<br />YUll\3. areas, 3) controlled flcxxl. releases on the Gila and Colorado River, and 4) local runoff.
