<br />COLORADO RIVER STORAGE PROJECT <br /> <br />EMERY COUNTY PARTICIPATING PROJECT, UTAH <br /> <br />. Location and description: The Emery County project is located in the Upper <br />Colorado River Basin on the eastern slope of the Wasatch Mouhtains in the <br />vicinity of Huntington, Castledale, and Orangeville in central Utah. This <br />project would involve construction of Joes Valley dam and reservoir, a diversion <br />dam, canals, laterals and drains.
