1982 fot' change in points of diversion and means of
conveyance as shown in red on the original permits and
described on the amended petition map filed in E-24 under
Permit 30893. All original maps for these affected
permits are noted to reference this amended petition map
filed together with the map accompanying S.B. Docket No.
82-16-1 in E-24 under penit 30893. The amendment
notations on this petition are for the purpose of
clarifying each appropriation as described on the amended
petition map, and such amendments were submitted prior to
adjudication in final compliance with the conditional
granting of this petition on June 7, 1982.

Copies of these amended permits are being forwarded to
the Board of Control to be reflected on the certifioates
of appropriation. Pet! tion recorded in Miscellaneous
Records Book 14 Pages 149 through 153, and microfilmed
with correspondence under Permit 22118. Authorizations
for Fred T. Baqqs to act for the City of Cheyenne and
Board of public Utilities, and for Larry Mickelson to act
for the city of Laramie, are both microfilmed and filed
in Miscellaneous Notices under Permit 22118.
