The alternatives described provide for <br />CAP Regulatory Storage, flood control for the Salt and Gila Rivers <br />through the Phoenix metropol itan area, and concurrent and coi nci dent <br />aspects of the Safety of Dams program. A No Action alternative is also <br />described.
