<br />tary interceptions and by the \Vnpnco diversion from t,he river-would
<br />flow south some 40 miles in tlte ArknBsas power canal and be returned
<br />to the main st.ream near Salida, Power would be generated en rout,e

<br />pO\\'er plants, Forebays would be provided abovl~ the Princeton,
<br />~TollTIson, and Salida plants, The existing Clear Creek Reservoir

<br />aftcrbay for t,he Gl'llnitc power plant,. An afterbny woulrl be provided
<br />on the Arkansas Rivt~r for the Salidn, plant. Neal' Salida and Calloll
<br />City sonw wat,cr might he diverted for irrigation. The remainder
<br />would cont,inue down the river to trhe potentia.l Pueblo Reservoir.
