<br />Article VI - REVIEW AND AMENDMENT <br />These operating principles may be subject to review and amendment <br />not more than once a year at the request of any of the parties' <br />signatory; provided, that at least one review shall be accomplished <br />within the first 10 years following completion of the Trinidad Dam <br />and at least one review be accomplished every 10 years thereafter. <br />The primary object of such reviews will be 'obtaining optimum bene- <br />ficial use of water as conditions change, operating experience is <br />gained, and more technical data becomes available. <br /> <br />Page 18 <br /> <br />
