D'Arezzo, request- <br />ing review comments by August 8, 1977. <br /> <br />The staff of the Texas Water Rights Commission has reviewed the <br />referenced document and find that the bulk of our detailed comments and <br />recommendations involving proposed changes, which were submitted to <br />you by our letter of May 16, 1977, appear to have been considered care- <br />fully and incorporated in the referenced document. Our May 16 comments <br />and recommendations were relative to the document entitled: "Draft <br />Te.chnical Memorandum, Activity 3, Phase II, Specific Problem Analysis, <br />1975 National Assessment, Rio Grande Region, Bureau of Reclamation <br />(April 1977), " which you transmitted to all members of the Rio Grande <br />Coordinating Committee by memorandum dated May 2, 1977. <br /> <br />In addition, we find that the bulk of our May 16 comments and recom- <br />mendations appear to have been considered carefully and incorporated in <br />the final, revised June 1977, copy of the above-cited Activity 3, Phase II <br />Technical Memorandum, which you forwarded to Mr. Gary D.
