<br />3. Description of the Affected <br />Environment <br />This will describe the physical, <br />biological, recreational, <br />hydroelectric, cultural, and <br />socio..economic factors, as well as <br />agency management objectives, <br />pertaining to the scoping issues and <br />affected by the operation of Glen <br />Canyon Dam. The baseline will be <br />the current (post-dam) conditions. <br />4. Environmental Consequences <br />This chapter will provide the <br />environmental analysis, using the <br />information from Otapters 2 and 3, <br />to present the significant impacts <br /> <br />for each alternative, and how they <br />affect agency management <br />objectives. <br />5. Coordination <br />This will document the major <br />actions of the cooperating agencies, <br />summarize the public scoping <br />process, and list organizations <br />specifically requested to comment <br />on the draft EIS. <br /> <br />Various appendices or other <br />supporting information may be <br />included at the end of the EIS. For <br />example, the Fish and Wildlife <br />Coordination Act Report and the <br /> <br />Biological Opinion on Endangered <br />Species will be appended. <br /> <br />The EIS will be printed and issued <br />as a draft for review and comment <br />on the adequacy of the information <br />and analysis. See Figure 2. Nter <br />public review, the document will be <br />re\.'ised as necessary to respond to <br />the review comments.
