We believe that these responses should answer the technical questions which have been posed by the committee. The administrative questions regarding reservoir accounts, the Pre-Accumulation Transfer and well administration will be addressed in subsequent correspondence. ~ Request: for analysis period ~reater than lQ Years. In response to this request, we have expanded the original 20-year study period to include records back to 1950 and recent data through 1987. Table I includes Keesee Ditch diversion records available from the Division Engineer for this. new study period.
