The meeting agenda is attached for your reference. <br /> <br />. Upper Colorado River NA WQA Update. Norm Spahr of USGS reviewed the objectives of the <br />NA WQA Program: <br />. Status -- describe current water-quality conditions for the Nation's freshwater streams, <br />rivers, and aquifers. <br />. Trends -- describe how water quality is changing over time and identify trends. <br />. Understanding -- improve understanding of the primary natural and human factors that <br />affect water-quality conditions. <br /> <br />Norm also described the activities of the Upper Colorado Study Unit for Cycle I (completed in <br />the 1990's) and listed all the USGS published (and to be published) reports during this cycle.
