Energy Charge:
4.5 mi lls/kWh.

Mi nimum Bi 11 :

$1.55 per kW-month at CROD.

Repayment studies prepared for FY 1974 showed that a rate of
24.5 mills would be required for RGP payout. However, to be
competitive with other rates in the RGP area, the rate approved in FY
1978 was limited to 16.03 mills. The rate schedule WHS rlesignated
SW-F2R and was increased in three phases to the following:

Demand Charge:

$2.13 per kW-month for April 1978 through March 1979.
$2.72 per kW-month for April 1979 through March 1980,
$3.20 per kW-month for April 1980 and thereafter.

Ener gy Charge:

6 mi lls/kWh for April 1978 through March 1979.
7 mi lls/kWh for Apri 1 1979 through March 1980.
8.5 mi lls/kWh for April 1980 and thereafter.

Composite rates for SW-F2R are:

11.01 mi lls/kWh for Apri 1 1978 through March 1979.
13.4 mi lls/kWh for Apri 1 1979 through March 1980.
16.03 mi lls/kWh for Apri 1 1980 and thereafter.

,Repayment studies prepared for FY 1980 showed that a composite
rate of 27 mills would be required for RGP payout. Due to the
magnitude of the increase, the rate was increased in two phases
beginning September 1, 1982. The rate schedule was designated RGP-F1
and included the following components:

Demand Charge:

$4.555 per kW-montl1 for September 1982 through ,August 1983.
$5.740 per kW-mont~ for Septemher 1983 and thereafter.

Energy Charge:

10.72 mi lls/kWh fo~ September 1982 through August 1983.
13.50 mills/kWh for September 1983 and thereafter.

7
