Initial Development) <br /> <br />Segregation of costs <br /> <br />The total construction cost of the Initial Development was divided <br />into specific and joint construction oosts. Specifio construction <br />costs are those directly attributable to a single purpose and include <br />all costs to be expsnded for one purpose only. The only expenditures <br />so segregated in this allocation are those ohargeable to hydroelectric <br />power and recreational development. All other costs of tho Initial <br />Development fall in the category of joint oosts which are costs of <br />facilities used for two or more purposes. Segregation of project costs <br />for the Initial Development is shown in table 6. <br /> <br />21 <br />
