A small crew at <br />Banning has protected and maintained the headtluarters plant, <br />moved equipment into salvnge from the San Jacinto camp areas, <br />performed cleau-up work. tested and repaired (.'Quipment I,wing <br />into sah"aR'e stOC'k, and assisted customers in testing and loading <br />out purchases. <br /> <br />Dams and Rcsertmjrs <br /> <br />No additional construction on malO aqueduct dams and reser- <br />voirs was done rludng the )'ear. The U. S. Heclamation Bureau <br />continued operation of Parker Dam and Lake Havasu. A floating <br />bulkhead was assembled and launched above the dam and is being <br />lIsed in mnking repairs to the gates.
