<br />33,74 <br /> <br />FACTOR 9. RECORD OF WATER ORDERS <br /> <br />Part 4 J 7.3 identifies the record of water orders as a factor to be analyzed. There are <br />several components to this factor: the historical record of annual water orders from lID <br />to Reclamation, is described below; the procedures for liD to order water on a daily basis <br />from Reclamation, addressed in Rejection of Ordered Water - Factor 15; and the <br />procedures for the farmers to order water from JlD, which are described in detail in <br />General Operating PractIces - Factor 10. <br /> <br />The initial component of this factor, the historical record of water orders from JlD, is best <br />and simply demonstrated by JlD's actual recorded diversions from the Colorado River <br />over a fOl1y-year period (1963-2002). These data represent the actual amounts divel1ed <br />resulting from the orders submitted by IlD to Reclamation.
