Part 417 are included in this analysis, The oi'der of <br />presentation of the factors is designed to aid the reader's understanding the analyses <br />contained in this determination, <br /> <br />The determinations and recommendations of the Regional Director include a reduction in <br />the amount of Colorado River water to be delivered to liD ill 2003, as compared to the <br />amounl of water delivered to liD in 2002, This detennination therefore includes the <br />following technical analysis as the basis for the detelllJinations and reconunendations and <br />makes pertinent factual determinations, <br /> <br />Materials reviewed and considered as part of this determmation were voluminous and <br />included reports and data submitted by lID, The following technical analysis of relevant <br />factors addresses the salient points with respect to each factor, with appropriate citations <br />to materials reviewed as part of this detellllinatioll Reports from various experts are <br />referenced in this analysis and the reports briefly identified, often in parenthetical <br />notation, The full names of the authors and the documents referenced in the followrng <br />analysis appear in a Reference list in Appendix B hereto, The citations are not meant to <br />be exhaustive, but typically provide a means to locate more detailed discussion With <br />reference to the particular point addressed, The 417,3 factors are presented in this <br />determination as follows: <br /> <br />Factor 1.
