Issues To Be Reviewed The District requested Reclamation to perform a "10 year review" of the operating principles for the Project pursuant to Article VI ofthe operating principles on December 6, 1994. The ARCA also requested Reclamation to perform a 10 year review of the operating principles at its annual meeting December 13, 1994. Representatives of Reclamation attending the meeting agreed to perfonn the review and presented the general procedures that would be used to initiate ff-e~ the review, The general proced~res to be followed were.: (1) The District, Kansas and Colorado 0, ~d)...;.\-,-".o.... ~ _ I ~r>u,e',-,; would individually submit to Reclamation issues to be reviewed; (2) Reclamation would hold a ;)'b.. ~""'-\ . scoping meeting in February or March of 1995 to determine the issues to be reviewed; (3) Reclamation would conduct the review with particular emphasis identified at the scoping meeting. The District submitted a list of issues to be reviewed on April 14, 1995.
