Process or equipment problem history: The tank is pumped <br />annually and hauled to the dump, the comminutor and both <br />blower motors were replaced due to flooding, a diversion <br />ditch was dU9 to intercept surface runoff and the original <br />leach field was plugged after one year of operation. <br /> <br />2.
