Environment & Natural Hazards: The site was flooded in <br />Arril of 1973. The discharge goes to 7 dry wells and 1 <br />well with flowing water. All the wells have gravel bottoms. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IV. PLANT OPERATION <br /> <br />A. Process Variables: length of aeration cycle and amount of <br />sludge wasting <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />B. Residuals Handling: The scum is hauled to the dump annually. <br /> <br />C. Plant Operation <br /> <br />1. Process or equipment problem history: The tank is pumped <br />annually and hauled to the dump, the comminutor and both <br />blower motors were replaced due to flooding, a diversion <br />ditch was dU9 to intercept surface runoff and the original <br />leach field was plugged after one year of operation. <br /> <br />2.
