<br />In order to determine the net effect of the additional 200 cfa, the analysis
<br />
<br />divided the replacement obligations of Colorado-Big Thrmpson into two classes. First,
<br />
<br />assuming releases from Green Mountain Reservoir to be required whenever the flow of
<br />
<br />the Colorado River at Shoshone was less than 1250 cfs, the project replaced water up
<br />
<br />to the amount concurrentJ3 being diverted or withheld above Granby. Second, it was
<br />
<br />also assumed that replacements were made in the eameomanner whenever the flow of the
<br />
<br />Colorado River at Shoshone was less than 1450 cfs.

<br />Summarized below are the results of the two minimum years of record.
