<br />Geological Survey lor the fiscal year October 1, 1978, to September 30,
<br />1979, in the amount of $9,800 - $4,900 lor each party. These lunds are
<br />lor the operation 01 the compact stations, the providing 01 current
<br />streamflow data, maintenance 01 radio equipment, and the preparation
<br />01 records lor the Annual Report.

<br />A special telephonic meeting was held April 11, 1978 in accordance
<br />with Article V-I of the Compact lor the purpose of declaring that the
<br />reservoir would become empty April 13, 1978, Mr, C. J. Kuiper,
<br />Colorado State Engineer, and Mr. Robert Jesse, Division Engineer,
<br />were notilied 01 this action and that the Administration 01 decreed
<br />water rights lor Colorado would begin April 13, 1978, unless a change 01
<br />conditions justified cancellation or modification 01 this notice. The
<br />reservoir became empty 6:30 a.m., April 13, 1978.
