He will schedule and deploy the firm's <br /> <br /> <br />resources to ensure that the work objectives are accomplished <br /> <br /> <br />on schedule and will also participate in the general review. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Will served in this capacity on the Narrows Flood Study, <br /> <br /> <br />as veIl as ill many other water resources investigations. <br /> <br />Mr. Will has over 22 years of experience in the field of water <br /> <br /> <br />reSource development and planning and design. This experience <br /> <br /> <br />covers projects ranging from small urban drainage planning studies <br /> <br /> <br />to huge multi-purpose water development projects, Mr. Will <br /> <br /> <br />worked 10 years in the Civil Engineering and Planning Departments <br />
