"Reservoir" means the Reservoir constructed on the Purgatoire River above the <br />City of Trinidad, Colorado. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. "District" means the Purgatoire River Water Conservancy District, that entity <br />created and existing under laws of the State of Colorado to contract for repayment to the United <br />States of an appropriate share of the project costs aUocated to the irrigation and M & I use. The <br />District shall also be the agency responsible for the regulation of irrigation and M & I water <br />supplies within the District boundaries in the manner set forth therein. <br /> <br />3.
