lGG8 . c. District Water Supply 1. That water supply of the Purgatoire River subject to district administration for irrigation and M & I use within the District, defined as the District water supply, consists of: - (> _ ~:~\.-O\~ (a) The water stored under the District storage right in the irrigation capacity, (initially about 59.000 acre feet). (d) Any and all water of the Purgatoire River that becomes available for storage in the irrigation capacity or, divertable by exercise of the direct flow rights listed in IV. A. 1. by exchange or substitution through im..E!.ementation of conditions (d) and (e) of Article 1.2. - --- . (e) Any water acquired by the District and stored in the irrigation capacity of the reservoir by exchange ?r substitution. 2.
