Waters of the Purgatoire River shall be stored by the District in the irrigation : - ^ ,v<::' capacity (initialIy about 59,000 acre-feet) of Trinidad Reservoir under rights created under ; 1, (,10 J Colorado law; said rights, defined as the District storage right, include: l. ~'.~\ I. .
