II. "Irrif6ation Season" means that period of the year, as determined annuaUy by the v

Capacity (initiaUy about 59,000 acre-feet) during the non-irrigation season, and shall not be
hereafter charged against, or deducted from, the 1908 Priority to store 20,000 acre-feet.

18. "Flow", whether stated in cubic feet per second (c.fs.) or not, means a I
measurement in acre-feet per day. One c.fs. flowing for one day wiU create 1.9835 acre-feet.
The District shaU account for water daily, in acre feet.
