"Winter water under the direct flow rights" means that the direct flow priorities <br />set forth on pages 5 and 6 of these Operating Principles may J 1 n~r be stored in the/rrigation <br />;:apacity (initially about 59,000 acre-feet) during the non-irrigation season, and shall not be <br />hereafter charged against, or deducted from, the 1908 Priority to store 20,000 acre-feet. <br /> <br />18. "Flow", whether stated in cubic feet per second (c.f.s.) or not, means a <br />measurement in acre-feet per day.
