This compact shall remain in effect until modified or <br />terminated by unanimous action of the states and in the event of <br />modification or termination all rights then established or re- <br />cognized by this compact shall continue unimpaired. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the cOfl1T1issioners have signed this compact <br />in triplicate original. one of which shall be forwarded to the <br />secretary of state of the United States of America and one of <br />which shall be forwarded to the governor of each signatory state. <br /> <br />Done in the city and county of Denver, in the state of Colorado! <br />on the fourteenth day of December, in the year of our lord one <br />thousand nine hundred and forty-eight. <br /> <br />Henry C. The governor of the state of <br />Colorado shall give notice of the ratification of the said compact <br />to the governor of the state of Kansas and to the president of the <br />Un ited S ta tes. <br /> <br />37-69-103. Interstate agency created by compact.-- It is hereby <br />recognized, found. determined, and declared that the compact creates <br />an interstate agency which is known as the Arkansas river compact <br />ad~irristration and which is an independent entity ~hose members and <br />employees are not officers and employees of either of the states <br />signatory to the compact. <br /> <br />".', <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />;, <br />
