I ~ <br />have also enclosed the proposal for Phase III of the (.'~- <br />"Demonstration of Best Management Practices (BMPs) to Improve <br />Crop Yields, Returns and Water Quality in the Arkansas River <br />Valley of Colorado". <br /> <br />Again, the request for funding is $45,000 and I have shifted some <br />of the monies to cover the cost of the final report, brochure <br />and, hopefully, publication in some national journal.
