<br />the Kinlin and Webster Irrigation Districts during the 1976 irrigation

<br />Elder Darn rj ver outlet works. In any water year that the City I S water
<br />supply is insufficient and there is surplus water in Waconda Lake, such
<br />additional water may be delivered to tbe City at a rate of $15.00 per
<br />acre-foot.
