The sponsors will obtain agreement with landowners or <br />operators to operate and maintain the land treatment practices <br />for the protection and improvement of the watershed. <br /> <br />5. The sponsors and SCS will each bear the cost of project <br />administration that each incurs, estimated to be $6,000 and <br />$44,200 respectively. <br /> <br />6. The costs shown in this plan are preliminary estimates. <br />Final costs to be borne by the parties hereto, will be the actual <br />costs incurred in the installation of works of improvement. <br /> <br />iii <br />
