Newsletter - Initial Scoping Results <br />, ' . <br /> <br />,", , . <br />There is a proad diversity of agencies, water users, and environmental and recreational interest <br />groups for the Gunnison Basin, . including the AspinaUUnit, Bl,ack Canyon, Gunnison Gorge, <br />and Curecanti. . There are also sectors, with strong interests in water development and <br />management and in pOVfer genemtion and distrib4tion, Because these individuals,groups, and <br />agencies are throughout the Colorado Basin states and the United States, newsletters will be used <br />, as a means by which a geographically dispersed public can partiqipate with relative ease, The <br />first newsletter willhigWight the issues and concernS summatized by 'this report, and will <br />identify agencies where the report can be ,obtained.' Subsequeilt newsletters, will. notify the, <br />general mailing list of progress and opportunities for involvement throughouUhecontract <br />development and NEPA analysis processes.
