There are also sectors, with strong interests in water development and <br />management and in pOVfer genemtion and distrib4tion, Because these individuals,groups, and <br />agencies are throughout the Colorado Basin states and the United States, newsletters will be used <br />, as a means by which a geographically dispersed public can partiqipate with relative ease, The <br />first newsletter willhigWight the issues and concernS summatized by 'this report, and will <br />identify agencies where the report can be ,obtained.'
