B. Davis, <br /> <br />then Acting Secretary of Commerce, dated October 16, 1924, which reads: <br /> <br />"Department of Commerce <br />Office of the Secretary <br />Washington <br /> <br />"Mr. R. L. Olson October 16, 1924 <br />Cambridge, Mass. <br />Dear Sir: <br />The minutes of the various meetings of the Colorado River <br />Commission have not been completely edited or arranged, but they <br />are all of them available here and you may have access to them at <br />any time that you desire. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br />(Signed) S. B. Davis <br />Acting Secretary of Commerce" <br /> <br />It is observed that Mr. Olson quotes from minutes of the Colorado <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />River Compact Commission sessions later than the eighteenth. All, or at <br /> <br />~h <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />least a considerable part, of these minutes which now appear to be unavail- <br /> <br />k <br /> <br />able must have been reviewed by him between October 1924, when the S.
