It appears to have been carefully <br />prepared and it tracks very well with previous work. We have one comment on <br />wildlife impacts. page 22. last paragraph: <br /> <br />We believe wildlife on nearby public land would be affected by water pipeline <br />installation in Stubb Ditch. Your proposal to install three water guzzlers <br />along Stubb Ditch to replace the 1055 of a wildlife water source would fully <br />mitigate impacts to mobile species in the area. but smaller. less mobile <br />species could still be affected depending upon placement of the guzzlers. We <br />recommend placing one or more guzzlers north of I-7Q close to the Bookcliffs. <br />Placing them on the north side of the interstate would eliminate the need for <br />mobile species to cross the interstate. The Bureau of Land Management would be <br />a willing cooperator in the installation of the water guzzlers. <br /> <br />Please call Ron Lambeth.
