Without an over- <br />view of the all of the changes required because of the new data presented in <br />the verification memo, the Environmental Assessment would be incomplete <br />and lacking appropriate connection to the final Environmental Impact State- <br />ment to allow a decision maker to adequately evaluate the alternatives <br />described within the Environmental Assessment. <br /> <br />Specifically, I believe the Bureau should make public: <br /> <br />1. A table showing all changes in the EIS on cost effectiveness figures <br />as a result of the verification memo; <br /> <br />2, All changes decided upon by the Bureau of Reclamation since the <br />Final Environmental Impact Statement as a result of the verifica- <br />tion memo; <br /> <br />3. All costs and budgets that have changed since the final Environ- <br />mental Impact Statement as a result of the changes in the verifi- <br />cation memo; and <br /> <br />56 <br />
